Pfsense 2.3.1 RELEASE install on Hyper-V says on latests version + Package prob

First of all saving changes takes up to 20-30 seconds!
1. Just did a clean install of 2.3.1 and when I try to check the version it says I am on the latests one.
Version 2.3.1-RELEASE (amd64)
built on Tue May 17 18:46:53 CDT 2016
FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p3The system is on the latest version.
2. I am able to see all packages but when I try to download shellcmd I get the following:
Under installed:
Please wait while the list of packages is retrieved and formatted. Spinning wheel….......
Under Available I see all packages.
When installing ShellCMD
Installing pfSense-pkg-Shellcmd...
Updating pfSense-core repository catalogue...... and does not change..... -
After reboot and entering at Shell the following it worked this time:
route add -net 158.69.xxx.xxx/32 -iface hn0
route add default 158.69.xxx.xxx -
Given the fact that you had to run that command, you should enable "Use non-local gateway" option at "System > Routing > Gateways > (Default Gateway) > Edit > Advanced".
