Failing to run usbrecovery
-
I have a Netgate 1100 and it was stuck in a boot loop. Found its config.xml was corrupt. Found the system was in read-only.
I received the proper version of the image, flashed a USB device with it, and attempted to do 'run usbrecovery'. I've done this before so i know the process.
With this router though it is failing to run. It says (i typed this so spacing/capitalizations might not be correct):
FreeBSD EFI boot block
loader path: /boot/loader.efi
initializing modules: ZFS UFS
load path: booteif
load device: bootefi
Probing 1 block devices.... not supported
done
ZFS found no pools
UFS found no partitions
Failed to load '/boot/loader.efi'
panic: no bootable partitions found!
##application terminated, r = -22Then it brings me back to Marvell>>
Any suggestions on what to do?

@taylor_wright2022 Please reply to the ticket you got with the firmware and include this information. Reinstallation of firmware is covered by TAC Lite.

@rcoleman-netgate The ticket was regarding another issue. Should i still respond there?
-
@taylor_wright2022 If the ticket's result was to get you the firmware image it is related to the process of fixing your other issue.
If you did not get the firmware image from that ticket but are using an older image (not 22.01 or 21.05.2) please open a new ticket.
