      This is a follow-up to my previous post: https://forum.netgate.com/topic/169029/openvpn-disconnects-intermittently-every-few-weeks?loggedin=true

      I have my pfsense configured with OpenVPN client and had been getting intermittent disconnect issues (once a month or so the connection would drop and not reinitiate... I have to manually go into Status -> OpenVPN and then stop and restart the connection)

      I looked at my status logs and see this recurring error:

      one or more OpenVPN tunnel endpoints may have changed its IP. Reloading endpoints that may use VPN_VPNV4

      The VPN provider assured me that their IPs are static and shouldn't be changing.

      Could this be the cause of the intermittent connection drops? How exactly should I interpret this error?
