      Hello

      i tried makeing a ticket about getting firmware for 3100 but the portal page gets me to a 404 page.

      portal.netgate.com when i try and login i get hit with a 404 page not found when i have loggen in..

      all i want is to reinstall my 3100 to a m2 ssd..

        @morno https://go.netgate.com/ should get you to https://www.netgate.com/tac-support-request which is the form. No login necessary.

        Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
        When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

          already submitted a ticked and then it said to make an account. i redid the support ticket creation becouse i think i did not select the firmware access :)
