Same Shared secret across tunnels with 2.6 valid?

Question:
This is an old config prior to the new random password generator button to make things easier.

I have 25 IPSEC tunnels to remote sites (many have the same Pre Share Key)

After upgrading to version 2.6 the tunnels often dont come up at all, some that do then dont reconnect - its a mess (going back to 2.5 and the same config works perfectly fine)

This is a VM at head office and hardware in remote so I'm just updating the to 2.6 and back again.

Anyone else having terrible problems with IPSEC tunnels after updating to 2.6 (that then work when downgrading again to 2.5)
