Boot hangs for 10 minutes… cron, sqp_monitor.sh

Morning All,

I recently upgraded to the latest version 2.3.2 and i've noticed that the boot process hangs at starting monitor.sh;

Starting CRON… done.
Starting package Cron...done.
Starting package squid3...done.
Starting package squidGuard...done.
Starting package Service Watchdog...done.
Starting /usr/local/etc/rc.d/sqp_monitor.sh...done.

I hangs here for about 10 minutes with not other output, (also hangs when all of the network cables are disconnected to rule out a network issue)

Any ideas please
