      Hello!

As the title says, I am searching for Hardware that supports:

      • 1GBit Uplink on the WAN and LAN side
      • about 30 VLANs
      • each VLAN with its own Virtual IP Address
      • about 2-3 clients per VLAN, so in total about 75 clients
      • there is also a webserver with up to 60 connections at the same time.

Since it is planned to use inter-vlan-rooting on an Layer 3 Switch, the DHCP-Server of the pfsense will not be stressed that much, it will mainly be handled by the Switch. So inter-vlan-rooting should not be a problem at all for the firewall.

I know, this is an rather unusal setup, but because of that I did not find any suggestions about the hardware to use for something like this.

      What is planned so for:

      • of course an Intel NIC, two or four
      • an Core i3, 4 Cores with HT
      • 8GB of RAM

      What do you think?

      Thanks in advance!

The number of VLANs is not particularly taxing on hardware. It's not really an issue until you get up to hundreds where parts if the webgui become difficult to use. So I wouldn't expect an issue there.
So really you are just routing/NATing/filtering at 1Gbps which is not that hard either. That hardware should be fine as long as the L3 switch takes care of traffic between the VLANs.
