Hi, I am having a curious problem.

When I plug my WiFi network into my Protectli 4 port box, I start getting high latency on the WAN port and very quickly an unusable service with packet loss. I am using a TPLink Deco for my WiFi, not sure that matters though.

I have added traffic shaping to my WAN port and limited the speed to below the maximum my ISP provides, but it makes no difference to the latency issue.

As soon as I unplug the WiFi from the Protectli, the Packet loss drops to 0 and RTTsd 0.3ms and everything works again.

Does anyone have any ideas how I might be able to narrow down the issue further. It only started happening yesterday and nothing has changed.

@simonjcarr I think I have solved the problem, although I will see over the next 24 hours if I am issue free.

The problem seemed to be related to an App on my Iphone.

I don't know which one. It dawned on me the issues were only happening when my phone was active. I deleted about 10 apps that I had installed over the last few weeks, and have not had the problem since. I am assuming, that one of the apps got an update over the last few days and it mush have gone rogue.
