Have you tried all the previous fixes

          1. Ensuring System / Advanced / Networking Prefer to use IPv4 even if IPv6 is available - enabled.

          2. The cert errors are for the ntopng repo: https://www.yinfor.com/2022/02/upgrade-pfsense-from-the-community-edition-to-pfsense-plus.html
            summary

              service ntopng stop

              pkg remove ntop ntopng

               rm -rf /var/db/ntopng

          3. Perform the upgrade via the console

            Hi,

already tried steps from the troubleshooting guide, without success...
            Prefer IPv4 has been set.

            [2.6.0-RELEASE][admin@fw01.garage.local]/root: service ntopng stop
ntopng does not exist in /etc/rc.d or the local startup
directories (/usr/local/etc/rc.d), or is not executable
            [2.6.0-RELEASE][admin@fw01.garage.local]/root: pkg remove ntop ntopng
No packages matched for pattern 'ntop'

No packages matched for pattern 'ntopng'

            Checking integrity... done (0 conflicting)
2 packages requested for removal: 0 locked, 2 missing

I had to copy cert files from a running box to the installation with issues and then it worked...

              /etc/ssl
              -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 7544 Feb 15 16:54 pfSense-repo-custom.cert
              -rw------- 1 root wheel 3242 Feb 15 16:54 pfSense-repo-custom.key
