Incorrect description between network interfaces and system tunables

I run suricata in inline mode and have all the hardware offloading disabled.
hardware checksum, hardware tcp segmentation, hardware LRO.. all are checked (disabled, which in it's own is confusing.. should be checked = enabled, but i digress).

however, under system tunables,
net.inet.tcp.tso Enable TCP Segmentation Offload '1'

is this correct?

one thing that leads to a good bit of confusion is inconsistency across the enabling and disabling of features.. if something is 'enabled', it should be 1. disabled = 0.
