MailReport does not send out scheduled emails from a device but SendNow works

I am running 3 of Netgate1100's with software version 22.01-RELEASE and using Mailreport package version 3.6.3_3. On the most recent build, the mailreport is not set out as per the weekly schedule although it can be sent using the "SendNow" button.
All 3 use a gmail address to send weekly reports to me. The gmail address has a properly installed and configured App Password (a different password for each device). Connectivity on all 3 has been tested using the System-->Advanced-->Notifications screens on all 3 and the Package configuration has also been tested using the Status-->Email Reports-->Edit Report-->Send Now button.
The configuration from the first device was used to configure the others with only some changes to configuration. All reports generate the same output and a comparison of the <mailreport> and <notifications><smtp> sections of the XML configuration file are identical (except for the Google App Password as each uses a separate key).
While they are behind different models of firewall appliances, they can all send using the SendNow button.
I'm looking for anyone with similar experience with this problem or suggestions of how to troubleshoot it. (Hopefully without a code trace.)
