Dnsmasq custom options field reproducibly corrupts text on save

On 2.3.2, I'm using dnsmasq with the custom options at the following link:

After I hit Save, all of the contents look correct. But as soon as I hit apply, this happens on precisely the same line each time:

address=/.marketbanker.com/0.0.0.0address=/.marketgid.com/0.0.0.0

I've seen this problem intermittently throughout this large chunk of text in the past, and it seems to happen when I'm not looking. But this is the first time I've found a locally reproducible case.
