Multiwan Outbound NAT rule not working after interface comes back

I have two WAN interfaces.
One host always uses the WAN IP of the secondary interface by using an outbound NAT rule (hybrid mode). This works.
But often when the secondary WAN reconnects the host can't reach the internet anymore.
Disabling and re-enabling the outbound NAT rule restores the connection, i.e. the host can reach the internet again.

System is Netgate 22.01.
