      First time running the package on pfsense (2.6.0), client's on a Ubuntu VM.

      • iperf -c 192.168.0.1 -p 5201 -t 20 -i 2 always fails about 6 seconds in (displays 3 writes).
      • iperf -c 192.168.0.1 -p 5201 -t 20 -i 2 -w 2000 lasts about double time
      • iperf -c 192.168.0.1 -p 5201 -t 20 -i 2 -d fails almost instantly

      Any idea what's causing this? For what it does write, performance looks great.

        I can't delete this post, but it appears there's an iperf and iperf3. iperf3 works as expected.

          @tyler-montney-0 I show your post deleted, but not the topic - do you wan the whole thread deleted?

          Iperf3 is current, even though the one in pfsense is behind.. 3.0.2? Current is 3.11 ;)

            @johnpoz That's weird. It gave me an error, and when I refresh just my original reply is gone.

            "do you wan the whole thread deleted?"

            Unless you think it'd help someone else by leaving it up.

              @tyler-montney-0 now I show your original post back ;) hehe - odd for sure.

              Even when you delete a post, unless its purged - Mods and Admins can see them, I showed your OP deleted, but now its back (not grayed out).. And when I click on it now I can delete, before it was giving me the option to purge it (meaning it had been deleted).

              I don't normally run iperf on pfsense, but its possible a difference in version like iperf2 to iperf3 could have some issues?

              I don't see anything wrong with leaving the thread - its up to you, its your thread ;)

                @johnpoz yeah, leave it up.

                I made the assumption they wouldn't have two similarly named packages/apt would correct me.
