Dear All, I'm new to pfSense box with a single NIC (re0) setup. In pfSense I created VLAN10 for ISP and other VLANs for Guest, PDA... except LAN I'm using native VLAN as my LAN address. In Dell PowerConnect 2800 series switch, I configured port 1 as trunk/tagged with PVID1 (default) and connect to pfSense box, I assigned port 2 as access/untagged port with PVID10 for ISP connection. Internet connection and other connection stuff seems working fine but I'm not clear why I have Error Out in WAN, PDA and Guest VLAN? and I'm not sure how to check for those error. The Error continue to increase during working hours with around 50-60 devices but at night time with a few PCs running and servers stuff running with less traffic, the Error Out is not increasing.

Note: I've installed the latest working driver v196.04 for my RealTek NIC already. And these attached is from two days of running.

It's probably this right here... RealTek NICs are notoriously poorly supported in FreeBSD

@rcoleman-netgate I guest so but I just wanted to confirm if someone using the same RealTek NIC faced with the same or similar issue, then we can conclude the real issue. So sad that I purchased the case with RealTek NIC. ;(

@sokeada Thankfully you can (probably?) add an Intel NIC without much issue if you have expansion slots.

There are now three threads discussing this in parallel. Locking this one.
