I’m moving over some lab stuff to a new pfsense box. Since I spin up/down vm instances constantly in the lab I created a dhcpd.conf on a linux box with a config full of dhcp reservations so the mac addresses line up with ip address. Given there are ~ 10 /24 subnets and reservations for each ip, would it be ok to manually edit the pfsense xml config file to add these entries or should I just continue to run dhcp off a separate machine?  Initially I was going to run dhcp for standard subnets off the pfsense box, and forward proxy lab requests to the old dhcp machine, but it seems you can’t have both the relay and dhcp configure on any interface at the same time.
