      I am attempting to setup a failover ISP on my pfSense.

      Primary connection: BGP ISP using openBGPD.
      Secondary connection: Verizon routed WAN network /29

      I can statically route networks over Verizon, but when attempting to setup the gateway groups with the Tier settings, the BGP gateway is not listed since it is configured on the BGP side of the system.  Is it possible to set the Verizon circuit to Tier 2 assuming the BGP network will automatically assume the Tier 1 position or do the Tiers require all GWs be entered in?
