Current pfSense version 2.4.4-RELEASE-p3 (arm) . When retrieving update info, it says on latest version (I know it's not). When I try to install new packages, no error, just no packages available at all.

Tried different DNS servers such as 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 9.9.9.9 1.1.1.1 and even the ISP provided DNS.

      Link is as follows:
      Modem - Netgate - LAN

It is worth noting that there appears to be a crash report which states:

Crash report begins. Anonymous machine information:

      Crash report details:

      PHP Errors:

      No FreeBSD crash data found.

Not sure if it's related, but hoping it may help.

      Thanks!

@senseinyc 2.4.4 is not supported any longer...
You should check your Update path https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/troubleshooting/upgrades.html#upgrade-not-offered-library-errorsto make sure it is showing the right version, additionally consider moving to 21.05.2 or newer -- you can get the current image from the link in my footer.

@senseinyc said in Netgate SG-3100 cannot retrieve packages:

it says on latest version (I know it's not). When I try to install new packages

Also, don't ever install "current" packages on an older pfSense version, so it doesn't try to, say, upgrade PHP or some other dependency.

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.
