    Hey,

Could not find anyone used a Intel J3160 or a J3710 in a pfsense build and found this board: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/J3160-ITX/index.us.asp / http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/J3710-ITX/index.us.asp

Ive got a 250/100 connection and i want to run openvpn with AES 256 CBC encryption, will any of this hardware be able to max it out?

    Kind regards

braswell refresh. might not be widely available yet

realtek nic is fine for 250/10

add another pcie card and you are done

look up the zoltac ci323 for a cheap all in one solution

Will it handle 250/100 at full speed up/down over openvpn (AES 256)?

If you mean the J3710, likely yes, but you may have to use multiple tunnels combined into a gateway group to get the DL speed.
