Softflowd не отправляет данные в Nfsen

pfsense has the softflowd package installed and configured
I have nfsen server installed and configured.
The nfsen server configuration is correct and working.
I only get netflow data from cisco devices
No data from pfsense
Please tell me how to find the problem.
