i have 2 wan ip public 350Mbps and i want that trafic split in both wan

      the load balancer seems work
      but the wan failover doesnt

the gateway group is the next

      Gateway Groups
Group Name Gateways Priority Description Actions
      MULTIWAN GW_TOBERIN
      GW_MARSELLA
      Tier 1
      Tier 1
      BALANCEO DE WAN TOBERIN MARSELLA
      WANfailoverTOBERIN GW_TOBERIN

      GW_MARSELLA
      Tier 1
      Tier 2
WAN1 FAILOVER, WAN2 WILL GOING UP TO THE MAIN GATEWAY
      WANfailoverMARSELLA GW_TOBERIN

      GW_MARSELLA
      Tier 2
      Tier 1
WAN2 FAILOVER, WAN1 WILL GOING UP TO THE MAIN GATEWAY(smaller tier higher priority)

      also
i cant make ping since lan to 172.17.0.0/20 network

      see the pictures
      trafic is over both wan
when i shutdown  wan 1 toberin the conection is lost
when i shutdown wan 2 marsella the conection is running

when putting multiple gateways in a group with the same TIER they will balance. When one of the gateways goes down, it'll continue to work over the remaining gateways.

you seem to be misunderstanding how policy routing works.
as you can see in your screenshot of your LAN rules: only the MULTIWAN-rule is being triggered,  the ones below are useless.
rules are processed top–>down, first match wins.
