OpenUPS2 support
-
I'm trying to get the openups2 I got to be shown as a UPS in pfSense.
> sudo usbconfig ugen0.3: <Mini-Box.Com OPEN-UPS2> at usbus0, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=FULL (12Mbps) pwr=ON (100mA)

Allegedly it should just work as a generic ACPI battery but I can't seem to get it to show up...

You mean here?: https://github.com/mini-box/openups2#step-3
Did you try installing NUT and configuring it as shown there?

Hmm, some compatibility issue with FreeBSD then? Is it expected to work in FreeBSD?

Hi. I'm trying to do the same for an embedded system. Did you ever get this to work?
