All of them at the same time?

Does the firewall itself still have connectivity? From Diag > Ping for example.

How does it present at the client on LAN? What error is shown?

Is there anything in the system log when that happens?

How are you testing the WAN connection to the ISP to know it's OK?

        Steve

          • Yes on that moment.

          • from netgate lan port connected only access point and no internet on that AP also i connect mu laptop to othe Lan port but no internet also.
addional info all lan port has a light green and orange meaning active.

Is there anything in the system log when that happens?

          • at that time the log was not looked at

          • i connected directly my wan cable to my laptop and it is up and active internet traffic also the other backup wan 2,

          • really wondered what happened to the Lan ports of netgate, the light is active and reading, all the Lan ports did not get internet. so what I did was I tried to update the firmware from 22.01 to 22.05 and suddenly all the Lan ports were ok. the Lan port is tricky at that time.

So you have not seen that issue again in 22.05?

If it does happen again check the logs. If you can still access the pfSense webgui it's not an issue with the LAN ports specifically but probably either DNS or something with multiwan if you have two WAN connections.
