      Hi, my new 4100 Max arrived. I noticed on the status page (home page) that it says that my support is community- do I have TAC support with this? I'm sure that I'm misunderstanding it but wanted to get a clear explanation. Thank you!

        Yes, all Netgate hardware is supplied with TAC-Lite. That means we can help you zero-to-ping or hardware queries etc.
