Some were reporting Intel x520-DA2 and Intel x520-T2
adapter will be nice working together with pfSense.

Cheap to get hands on at eBay here in Germany for something like 75 € - 99 €. (either eth or SFP+ cards)

You may search the forum for "X540-T2" and see there
were posts from 2015 to 2017 and so on.
