That can happen, and depend on your configuration, like portal settings and network settings.
What does the captive portal status page show you ?

Captive portal status shows only one user. All other devices get connected without captive portal login. I had created 15 users. all users where logged in, but when i connected a new device i found out that captive portal authorization screen is not working.

My server centos provides the DHCP to pfsense. dns added is firewall gateway and 8.8.8.8
On routing gateways i have disabled "Disable Gateway Monitoring Action"
and monitor ip is 8.8.8.8. (This is because WAN get disconnected when there is a IP change from the service provider. So i have added this as a test)

@jiss said in devices login with captive portal authorization:

Captive portal status shows only one user.

.... with an IP and MAC address.

And what is the IP and MAC of (the other) users that connect to your portal ?
What are the network settings of your captive portal interface ?
You've set up the DHCP server for this interface ?

You’ve checked that the dhcp server is handing out leases to your portal clients ? With the correct IP and DNS, both the IP of the pfsense LAN interface.

Your portal uses the LAN interface ?
Btw : not related, but consider blocking IPV6 because the portal doesn’t handle IPV6.

@gertjan DHCP server is leasing out to the clients. if not they wont get IP address. Here the IP address is correct and worked for a week.
