      Hello,

      I have a Netgate 1100 appliance with pfSense+ 21.05.2-RELEASE arm64.

pfSense+ no longer seems to start. When I connect to the serial port on the device, we see all the boot process up to the message "Bootup complete" and after, the menu that is supposed to be displayed never comes and the appliance does not respond: no network port answer, no ping, ...

I tried to hard reset the appliance by pressing the small physical button with a paper clip but it doesn't seem to work.

      How to fix pfSense+?

Do I have to reinstall it via a bootable USB key with the firmware?

I don't know where to find the ISOs of pfSense version+.

      Thanks for your help

To get an image for an appliance you need to contact TAC support.
Recovery images for an appliance are not found as free download.

        Regards

Go to https://go.netgate.com/ and open a ticket for "pfSense Plus Image Request". You will need your 1100's NDI and SN (located on the bottom of the device)
