Pfsense L2TP over IPSEC server and TP-Link ER605 router L2TP client.

I configured one site to site L2TP over IPSec network with pfSense at the HQ and TP-Link R605 at the Branch Office. I used L2TP to redirect all traffic (including Internet traffic) from the Branch Office through the HQ firewall (TP-Link cannot redirect traffic for site to site IPSec and I had to use L2TP).
If the L2TP client on the TP-Link R605 is in NAT mode, everything goes ok (computers from the Branch Office can access the LAN from HQ), but on the pfSense firewall I only have the IP address of L2TP (because L2TP is in NAT mode).
If the L2TP client on the TP-Link R605 is in Routing mode, the Branch Office computers cannot access the pfSense Gateway and the HQ LAN.
Any ideas?
