Dual Lan Access Each Other

i want to access my File Sharing Server which is on Lan 1 IP (192.168.2.249) from Lan2 IP (192.168.3.103)

If pfSense is the default gateway on both devices you only need to allow the access on LAN2.If it doesn't work, the server might block access from outside of its own subnet.

@djev0 exactly as @viragomann this would really work out of the box, with zero rules on the new lan, since default on lan is any any..
But if you want to access lan from lan2, then yeah you would need to allow rule, 445 tcp should do it.
Users always seem to forget host firewalls, out of the box a windows machine is not going to allow access to a file share from other than local network.
Other issue users seem to run into is policy routing, if your routing traffic on your lan2 out a vpn for example, you would need rules to bypass the policy route.
