SG-1100 RMA

I had an SG-100 completely die. I sent the device in for RMA about 6, and it was accepted. Furthermore, I sent Netgate my shipping address 6 days later per their request....weeks have passed with no communication. I sent email inquiring about an update and they responded by asking for my shipping address again. Is this typical Netgate support?

No that's very much not typical for Netgate support. Do you have a ticket or RMA number so I can look into it?
