Pulse Secure VPN - Blue Jeans video interruptions

I have my work laptop connected to a dedicated VLAN on my pfsense box.

The VLAN gateway, uses a gw group.
WAN1 - PPPoE connection over fibre
WAN2 - ETH connection to cable modem

The work laptop is the only device on this VLAN and passes any non-local traffic through the gw group. Since I upgraded to 2.6 (and then 22.05) I have been having the following problem.

The work laptop has split set up it seems. i.e. google services, browsing, etc works without the vpn, as do conferencing apps e.g. teams, blue jeans, etc.

• youtube works without interruption, as do other video services with/without vpn connected.

Problem:
When the vpn is connected, and a bluejeans conference is in progress;

• I will randomly get "reconnecting"
• I will be able to hear the conference, and sometimes video will continue (or freeze)
• people won't be able to hear me until i get the status reconnected in blue jeans.

I tried setting MTU 1492, MSS 1452 on both WAN, and the parent interfaces for all LANs but hasn't made any difference.

The only things that appear blocked in the logs are;
IGMP 224.0.0.22
UDP 239.255.255.250:1900
UDP 239.255.255.250:3702

Appreciate some debugging help.
