I have Spectrum in SoCal, and use a prefix hint on WAN. If you have VLANS or several LAN networks, hint a 56. I also found that 'Do not wait for RA' was not needed. That combination on the WAN side works for me. Then on the lan/vlan side, Track Interface WAN works fine, and I then select the Prefix ID I want per VLAN from my 56. It's been very stable here.
Remember to select DO NOT ALLOW PD/ADDRESS RELEASE unless you like having your IPV6 address/networks changing all the time.

@buzzman said in Spectrum config for IPv6:

the IPv6 default gateway is not accessible.

You're using a link local address, which does not work. Find a GUA somewhere beyond the gateway and use that. I did a traceroute to Google and used the first GUA that turned up.

Link local addresses are commonly used for routing with IPv6.

PfSense running on Qotom mini PC
i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.
              UniFi AC-Lite access point

              I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...
