Certain firewall rules not applying

ok this is really werid in my firewall log i get that this is BLOCKED

Sep 5 15:00:06 WAN 128.210.x.x:1196 10.0.0.52:445 TCP

when in my WAN Firewall rules it says to ALLOW

TCP  128.210.x.x  *  10.0.0.52  445 (MS DS)  *     my desc

my build info

1.2.1-RC1
built on Mon Aug 25 07:40:58 EDT 2008

It doesn't seem you configured port forwarding correctly…nat and port-forwarding come first before rule eval.
