ipsec tunnle to virtual ip

Hello there,

I am trying to establish IPsec Ike through the internet using Pfsense 2.6.0.
phases 1 and 2 are up.
the problem is that the local ip is virtual (database cluster ip address), and at the same time not connected directly to FW, rather I use a port forward to access my local ip address from internet.
so, although the two phases are up, ping not working from each side, what am I missing out :)

If you tell us, which address you need to access from where and how you can access it from the local firewall and what you have configured currently, maybe somebody can answer your question.
