        Please open a ticket at https://go.netgate.com with your Order number, NDI and TAC will see what they can do to help you troubleshoot it.

          @rcoleman-netgate

          Does anyone know if you can re-use a pfsense activation token on the same hardware after its been restored? Is their an expiration period for activation tokens once they have been issued?
          Thanks

            Tokens are one-time.

            If you haven't changed your NICs (added, removed, or swapped) your NDI should not be changing and you should be able to migrate to Plus without issue. Just skip the token part.
