TAC Lite Disassociated with Device

Hi,
I have a white-box pfSense+ 22.05 install which seems to have reverted to Community Support from TAC Lite. I believe this happened after I replaced a 4-port NIC in the unit which I'm guessing resulted in a new "Device ID".
How do I go about resolving this? Do I need to submit a support request to Netgate?
