When used UFS disk for pfSense all ok and /var on RAM disk and all subfolders on RAM too.

But if install pfSense to ZFS disk then on zfs disk created zfs datasets of /var/cache ... /var/log ... subfolders.

If after install pfsense set enabled to use RAM disk for /var, then RAM created only for /var root folder ?

Other subfoders leaved of zfs (ssd, flash, hdd) disk ?

        Answer by himself.
        I do test

        dd if=/dev/zero of=/var/db/testets.db bs=1M count=100
        dd if=/dev/zero of=/var/log/testets.db bs=1M count=100

Used space only on RAM disk, so ZFS not used.
