Update process for adding an M.2 SATA to my SG-2220
-
I have a SG-2220 running ver. 22.05 that works very well and will be upgrading it by adding a 128GB M.2 SATA drive to it to allow me to add additional capabilities. Is there a document that details this process or a thread that someone posted? How to I get a copy of the software to add it to a USB stick to reload the system onto the M.2 drive? I cannot seem to find it on the site. From what I can tell the process I need to follow is:
Save current config
Install M.2 SATA drive
boot up and change boot order to allow USB boot
Boot from USB and load system onto new M.2 SATA
Change boot order to boot from M.2 SATA
reboot from new M.2 and reload config.I may not have this exactly right but if anyone has good information on this process please let me know.
Thanks,

I have not gone through the process but it's documented at

@steveits
Thanks for the post Steve. I suppose the process to upgrading a SG-2220 is close enough to an SG-2100 for the most part. Looks straight forward.I will request a copy of the software and see if that is successful.

@dr-tardis oh sorry totally misread that.

They’ll send that link in the ticket anyway. -
