HDHomerun says "offline" but working

Hey I have the netgate 2100.
All my hdhomerun hardware are assigned "static IP".
When I look at the Status -> DHCP Leases
I see them "offline" but it is working fine.
Why is it that it shows offline when it is actually working and online?

That only means it has not contacted the firewall in a while, which that kind of device wouldn't do constantly since it mostly transmits locally and not to/through the firewall unless it's checking for updates.
