NTOPNG Core Dump

Has anyone pinpointed what the cause is? I'm having similar problems. nothing useful in the logs. Just seems to run fine for an arbitrary amount of time then coredump. I'm starting to suspect if its a ram issue.

watching the logs with trace enabled I can't seem to see anything useful being logged right before a reported coredump..

It is painful if more and more people are getting this issue. I'm affected, too.

@motivio Truthfully I have no idea what's going on. I uninstalled it for a time and then reinstalled it to see if it works and it does seem to be working.
Maybe go to NTopNG settings and uncheck "Keep ntopng settings, graphs and traffic data.", save, remove the package, reboot then try to re-install it because I have no idea why mine started to work again.

I have fixed the issue for myself by not using the package manager in pfsense, but rather installing directly on the pfsense shell. You can follow this documentation:

My ntopng has been up for 76 days now
