They must test deeper and should release fixes to CE also.

@noplan Thanks, but i don't have a credit card or VAT number to subscribe, so i can't download it either. Have you downloaded a version for home or lab that could/would share ?

@abel406 Are you using Captive Portal? See
            https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/12954
"Traffic using Limiters created by the captive portal is sent to dummynet by ipfw and passes correctly."

Plus is not available as a separate download. One upgrades from CE. I have not gone through the process but does it require a card for the $0 product? (you mentioned home/lab usage)

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

@abel406 I can't speak for the EU or other entities but the license is zero cost. VAT would seem to not apply. But I'm a tech, not an accountant.

I'm not from US so why does it ask only for US States ?

@abel406 It should ask for Country of Origin, but if you are in a country where there is an embargo you might not be able to purchase even the gratis license.

I recommend emailing sales@netgate.com for assistance on this.

@rcoleman-netgate For some extrange reason, pfsense plus is blocking remote access to the PCs in my network, i guess that's one of the handycaps of using it for home or lab enviroments, but there's no comment about this in de documentation.

That's not a thing. I suggest starting a new thread about what isn't working, if it's not limiter related?
