Virtual IP WAN
-
Hey!)))
Have a good mood!
Please help me with setting up LAN and WAN network.
Given:
WAN 178.48.32.0/29
178.48.32.58-178.48.32.63LAN 1 10.69.48.0/24
LAN 2 10.69.50.0/24Need to:
Bind WAN 178.48.32.58 to LAN 1 10.69.48.0/24
Bind WAN 178.48.32.59 to LAN 2 (OPT) 10.69.50.0/24 (VLAN)As I understand it, you need to create a Virtual IP WAN 178.48.32.58-178.48.32.63?
And will it be necessary to register VLAN (LAN2) on the switch?
But how to bind Virtual IP WAN to LAN 1 and LAN 2 networks?
Thank you. -
@devset Am I correct that you want LAN1 to use .58, and LAN2 to use .59? If your primary WAN IP is .58, you would use Outbound NAT for this. Set to Hybrid, and add a rule for 10.69.50.0/24 to use the .59 address.
On WAN, add a virtual IP 178.48.32.59.
will it be necessary to register VLAN (LAN2) on the switch?
The OPT interface is a separate interface but if it is a VLAN in your network then you'd need to handle the VLAN in your switch.
