System halted and then nothing (crash dump supplied)

Really do not have much to say here.  Unit was configured was running good in production.  Added a final CARP applied and then the browser just spun.  Brought up the console and it just sat there with no keyboard inputs working.  Rebooted the unit a number of times and each time is progressed less and less.  Finally it wouldn't get past the booting.  powered it off and on, pressed the reset button down for a while till the LEDs turned off and the unit reset as expected.

Logged into the console and this is what the crash dump gave:

That wasn't the full crash dump, it didn't have any of the information from inside the textdump archive.
