Whats the recommended memory requirement to take in the full inet table?
Purpose here is that im trying to size up either a PF or TNSR box.

      Firewall: NetGate,Palo Alto-VM,Juniper SRX
      Routing: Juniper, Arista, Cisco
      Switching: Juniper, Arista, Cisco
      Wireless: Unifi, Aruba IAP
      JNCIP,CCNP Enterprise

Is there even an answer to that question? How long is a piece of string?
Wouldn't that depend on where you are on the net? Are you considering aggregation? Are you talking about IPv4 and IPv6? Or just IPv4?

Here is something that might help.

BTW, several years ago, the Internet collapsed because the routing table grew too large for some routers.

PfSense running on Qotom mini PC
i5 CPU, 4 GB memory, 32 GB SSD & 4 Intel Gb Ethernet ports.
        UniFi AC-Lite access point

        I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

Yeah. At least the message I got from one of our networking vendors is 8GB - 16GB. Then again they are trying to upsell with some other things (automation software).

But at the site that I manage, we have circuits coming in that will take full routes except for default. Trying to see if maybe a 1541 is ideal. Under provisioning would be an issue of course.

That's probably not that excessive. Hard to pin down exactly but in the past we have found that 4GB might not be sufficient. 8GB should be.

Just get a box where memory can be added.

@stephenw10 put in a request for 1541 base. I think that should do it.
