      Hi,

I just want to know if TAC support from Netgate can assist and support the client who has community edition software installed in a 3rd party hardware but is willing to avail themself of the TAC Pro support. Is it possible or it will need to migrate to pfsense Plus from pfsense CE before it can be supported by TAC or TAC support is only applicable to Netgate pfsense plus hardware?

      Thank you!

You can get a support subscription on a CE install as long as it's a current version.

                  You didn't.
Ryan just confirmed to me exactly what you said. Can't find the thread but it wasn't that long ago and he said the same as you.

My guess would be that date was in reference to a specific version maybe?

If you've installed pfSense software using your own hardware and need support for the software, or if you've exhausted the complimentary incidents that came with your firewall purchased from us, you can purchase Netgate Global Support here.

                    pfSense Support

There is not written anything about wich kind of pfSense software, (CE or Plus) and you may buy global support
like you want and/or need it.

@stephenw10 does it means that the user of pfsense CE can avail TAC subscription (TAC Pro or TAC Enterprise) and just need to have the latest CE version? in order to support by netgate TAC, am I right?
