After applying the new patches in system patches 2.1 I get here this error:

rc.update_urltables: /etc/rc.update_urltables: ERROR: could not update pfB_MalWare_v4 content from http://127.0.0.1:88/pfblockerng/pfblockerng.php?pfb=
```
Undoing the new Patches resolves the issue.
(pfblockerNG-devel 3.1.0_11, pfsense 2.6.0)
