Can ping from pfSense but not to pfSense

Hello community, looking for some help here.  I currently have a pfSense 2.3 box setup with a lagg to a cisco 3560g etherchannel.  I currently have 6 vlans setup in pfSense with the respective vlan on the cisco.  In the cisco I have 3 interfaces set as corresponding access ports all going to a esxi 6 host and each corresponding vSwitch is a access port.  Currently doing an arp in pfSense I can see the ips on the other end and I can also ping them from pfSense, I however cannot ping the opposite way.  I have a firewall rule setup to allow all to all
