    Hello everyone,

This may sound like a dumb question/impossible but is there a way to use pfsense with nighthawk mr60 router and allow devices to have wifi access but assign them to different vlans? Probably not but I wanted to clear my thoughts on this because I do see an option for static routes while the router is in ap mode. I'm currently using my night hawk for normal wifi and another Netgear mesh setup for all of my iot devices like smart home stuff. I was wondering if there is a better way to do this with less interference.

@sfigueroa Not familiar with those APs' features but we've provided setups where the guest SSID was on a particular VLAN.

Another method we've used is to have the ISP router provide the guest SSID, so it is outside the network.

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.
