NEW SFF Intel build with 4 NICs that can handle symmetric 1Gb download/upload?

Related to another topic I made, I was interested what NEW SFF Intel build with 4 NICs that can handle symmetric 1Gb download/upload I can get.
The smaller, quieter, and the less power it consumes the better. (cheaper also would be nice but...)
AFAIK, the most important part is base clock speed for a PPPoE fiber connection.
