Power supply voltage flexibility?

I have set up a couple of SG-2100's for my Ham Radio club's repeaters (for remote access), but now a question has come up.
We'd like to get all of the equipment running directly from a 12v battery (the repeaters have the ability built in by design). The battery will be trickle charged by the repeater which wll maintain it. This means that the actual voltage presented to the end devices would vary a bit, 11-13v, that sort of thing.
Will the SG-2100 tolerate that? Or is it going to go tango uniform if it's presented anything besides a regulated 12v?

@pdnx I'd probably just run an APC 1000 or 1500 for the whole lot. Get battery plus surge. But that's me.

Yeah it's untested AFAIK. It's certainly not rated for a wide input voltage like that.
